Double Entrapment Hwy 74

Stallings was dispatched to reported entrapment on Highway 74. Engine 202 and Rescue 20 arrived to find two separate entrapments one being on the west bound lane and the other in the east bound lane. A vehicle involved in a rear end collision jumped the median before hitting another car head on in the oncoming lane. Rescue 23 from Hemby Bridge responded along with Rescue 2 from the county for mutual aid. Two patients were taken to CMC Main while another patient was taken to Presbyterian Matthews.
